It was a fine stay, excellent quality place.

The ensuite double room was warm with central heating and TV. Brilliant very central location not far from Victoria train station and tube station. We were 800 feet away from Nando's Victoria, that offered quick meals.

Although everything was good, some of the staff were not very welcoming.

Sensational breakfast with hot soups, and the staff was informative. Its location was fab, short walk to shops, food, bus and train stations and places of interest. Also, Apollo Victoria Theatre was not far.

The staff were informative, the English breakfast with hot soups was excellent. Very central location just next door to train station and tube station, Westminster Bridge and trains, it was in a great area.

I booked a room with a very clean bed, central heating and a multi-channel television. The hotel had an incredible and stunning location next door to Victoria. It was also close to Westminster Abbey, numerous restaurants and pubs in the area and Victoria and central London.

Place was clean, everything was good. The staff were very good and kind throughout our stay. The room was warm & lovely, came with balcony, the bathroom, as for instance. The breakfast was delicious and sensational and there was plenty of food to choose from.
